What's is fun and valuable about coaching spellers?

I like being able to help spellers, be it with techniques, advice, or quizzing. I accumulated a lot of knowledge over the years from studying and competing, and it's rewarding to be able to pass along anything I've learned, because otherwise that knowledge would essentially go to waste. And hopefully it's helpful for others to learn what worked for me and what my experiences were, because everyone approaches bees differently, but it's always nice to get advice from people who have competed.
